About this research study

Hypertriglyceridemia refers to an elevated level of triglycerides (lipids) in the bloodstream. A severe elevation of triglycerides can increase a person's risk for pancreatitis.

Velocity is conducting a clinical research study for an investigational medication for hypertriglyceridemia.

Eligible participants...

Must be age 18 to 79 years
Must be on statin or non-statin lipid altering therapy such as ezetimibe, niacin, fibrates, prescription omega-3 products, or other herbal products or dietary supplements with potential lipid altering effects.
Must NOT be using weight loss drugs known to affect intestinal fat absorption including over-the-counter products
Will receive compensation for study-related time
Do not need insurance to join this study
