About this research study

Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is the most common cause of infectious mononucleosis, generally known as “mono.” Mono occurs primarily in adolescents and young adults. The symptoms of mono can include fever, fatigue, sore throat, and swollen lymph nodes, which can lead to hospitalization.

Velocity is now seeking participants for an investigational mRNA EBV vaccine study.

Eligible participants...

  • Must be age 18 to 55
  • Will receive an investigational EBV vaccine or placebo at no cost
  • Will receive compensation for study-related time
  • Do not need insurance to join this study
