Medical Director and Principal Investigator
With over 18 years of experience in clinical research, including leading and managing clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, such as diabetes, cardiovascular risk, chronic pain, and neurological disorders, Dr. Mauricio Sendeski is a highly experienced medical professional with a robust background in clinical research and neurology.Dr. Sendeski holds a PhD in Experimental Pathophysiology and a Medical Degree in Neurosurgery from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. He began his medical career as a Staff Neurologist and Neurosurgeon at the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery at São Paulo University, before transitioning into research and academia. His extensive experience includes roles as Site Manager and Principal Investigator at Accelerated Enrollment Solutions (AES) GmbH in Leipzig, Germany, and as Medical Manager at the Skills Lab of the Brandenburg Medical School in Neuruppin, Germany.
In addition to his clinical research expertise, Dr. Sendeski has also contributed to medical education as a Senior Researcher and Physiology Lecturer at Charité – Medical University Berlin. He holds multiple certifications in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and has been involved in a wide range of clinical trials, spanning Phase II to Phase IV studies.
