Escherichia coli (E. coli) are bacteria that can cause infections, which can trigger diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and fever. In some cases, the infection can be life-threatening. While E. coli can affect people of all ages, people age 60 and older are more susceptible to becoming ill from the bacteria, especially those with a history of urinary tract infections (UTIs).
Velocity is now seeking participants ages 60 and older with a history of UTI for an investigational E. coli vaccine study.
For more information, complete the form on this page. After you submit your information, a Velocity enrollment specialist will call you to talk about the study. There is no obligation to participate — you can decide if the study is right for you.
